Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in class, small groups, or one-on-one.
  • Help manage behaviour to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
  • Encourage active participation and engagement in lessons.

What We’re Looking For:

  • No previous experience is required, but experience with SEND students is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with both students and staff.
  • A genuine passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Ability to motivate and engage students in their learning journey.
