Job Title: Supply Teachers Needed
Location: East of England, Essex, Southend on Sea
Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £120 - £200 Per day
Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular teacher
- Follow the school's curriculum and ensure learning objectives are met
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage student behaviour effectively
- Provide feedback to regular teachers on students' progress
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments
- Strong classroom management skills
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
- Prior experience teaching in a classroom setting
- Experience working with students of varying abilities
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of the UK National Curriculum
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
- Proficient in classroom technology and educational resources
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional postgraduate qualifications in Education
- Experience teaching in diverse school settings
Working Conditions:
- Work in a variety of schools within the East of England region
- Full-time hours with occasional flexibility required
- Potential for travel between different school locations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
