Job Title: Supply Teachers Needed

Salary:

£120 - £200 Per day

Job Duties:

1. Delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular teacher

2. Following the school's curriculum and lesson plans to ensure continuity in learning

3. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive and safe learning environment

4. Providing feedback to regular teachers on student progress and behaviour

5. Collaborating with other staff members to meet the educational needs of students

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- Proven experience in teaching or working with students

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience in teaching or working with students

Knowledge and Skills:

- In-depth understanding of the UK education system

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles

- Strong classroom management skills

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Postgraduate qualification in Education

- Additional certifications in specific subject areas

Working Conditions:

- Work in a school setting following the school's policies and procedures

- Full-time hours with potential for additional responsibilities

- Collaborative work environment with other teaching staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
