What your days could look like

Teaching in small, nurturing classes where relationships come first

Supporting pupils with a wide range of needs, including autism, ADHD, complex learning needs and communication differences

Adapting lessons so every child can access learning in a way that works for them

Working closely with TAs, therapists, and SENCOs who really understand their pupils

Helping pupils feel safe, settled, and proud of their achievements

You’ll need

QTS or equivalent
-
A calm, nurturing approach and strong behaviour skills
-
Flexibility, patience, and a real passion for SEN work

Experience in SEN settings is great, but being open to learning goes a long way

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
