Job Title: Supply Teacher

 

Protocol Education are currently looking for Supply Teachers to provide daily cover for Secondary Schools in the Norwich area!

Salary:

£120 - £160 Per day

Job Duties:

1. Delivering pre-planned lessons to students in the absence of regular teachers. 2. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment. 3. Providing feedback to regular teachers on student progress. 4. Adhering to school policies and procedures. 5. Collaborating with other staff members to support the educational needs of students.

Required Qualifications:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). 2. Enhanced DBS check. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.

Experience:

Previous experience in teaching or working with children is desirable.

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Knowledge of the national curriculum. 2. Excellent classroom management skills. 3. Ability to engage and motivate students. 4. Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).

Working Conditions:

Work is primarily carried out in a school setting. May require travel to different schools within the area. The role involves standing for extended periods and interacting with students and staff on a daily basis.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
