We are currently seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join our dynamic team at a well-established secondary school. This position offers flexibility with both part-time and full-time options, allowing you to choose working days that suit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects within the secondary school curriculum.
  2. Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student participation and achievement.
  3. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
  4. Ensure effective classroom management and create a safe and conducive atmosphere for learning.
  5. Collaborate with other educators and school staff to contribute to a cohesive learning environment.
  6. Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic and personal development.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  2. Proven experience in teaching at the secondary level.
  3. Strong classroom management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Flexibility to adapt to different subjects and year groups.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive school culture.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
