Whether you’re a subject specialist who enjoys variety, an experienced teacher finding your way back into the classroom, or simply looking for a better work life balance, supply teaching could be exactly what your week’s been missing.

We’re working with a well established, inclusive secondary school in Shropshire with a strong community mindset and a clear commitment to helping every student succeed. The curriculum is broad and balanced, spanning Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with a strong core of English, Maths, Science and PE, alongside a wide and varied options offer. Languages are an important part of the curriculum too, with French taught from Year 7 and opportunities to study German or Spanish from Year 8.

Beyond the timetable, this is a school where learning doesn’t stop at the classroom door. Extra curricular opportunities are a real strength, with a rich programme of drama, music and sport, alongside regular educational visits that bring the curriculum to life. Extended learning is genuinely valued, and it shows in the culture of the school and the engagement of the students.

Pastoral care is a big priority. A strong pastoral team works closely with subject staff and the SEN department to make sure pupils feel supported, included, and ready to learn. As part of a wider trust, the school also benefits from strong collaboration with other local secondary and primary schools, as well as close links with post 16 providers, supporting the high number of students who continue into full time education after Year 11.

You bring your classroom confidence and subject knowledge, and we’ll take care of the rest. Whether you’re looking for full time supply, part time flexibility, or the odd day here and there, we’ll help shape a timetable that works for you. With lessons prepared, schools briefed, and support just a phone call away, you can focus on teaching and enjoying your day.

What we’re looking for:

  • UK QTS and solid secondary classroom experience

  • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine love of teaching

  • Calm, confident behaviour management

  • Flexible, level headed, and quick to adapt

  • Someone who wants each day to feel like a good one, for students and themselves

What you’ll get from us:

  • Competitive weekly pay through PAYE, no umbrella hassle

  • Flexible roles that fit around your life

  • Access to a wide mix of local secondary schools

  • A consultant who listens, keeps things simple, and has your back

  • FREE access to our online CPD Academy to keep your skills sharp
