Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students across various subjects and age groups
  • Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans to ensure continuity in education
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
  • Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support student development

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Undergraduate degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Previous experience in a teaching role is desirable

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Organisational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students
