£120 - £140 Per day
Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students in the absence of regular teachers
- Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure all necessary materials are prepared
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure compliance with school policies
- Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress and any issues encountered
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Demonstrated experience in teaching or working with students in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Effective classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in specific subject areas
- Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students
Working Conditions:
- Regular school hours with potential for additional responsibilities or extracurricular activities
- Interaction with students, parents, and school staff
- Possibility of working in different schools within the region

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
