Student and Graduate Teaching Assistants, Borough of Hillingdon

Northwood, Ruislip, Uxbridge, Hayes and West Drayton 

ASAP or January 2023 start

Protocol Education is currently working with a number of Primary schools across the greater london borough of Hillingdon, who are looking for enthusiastic graduates and students to join them as Teaching and Learning Support Assistants as well as 1 to 1 and SEND TA support in mainstream education or within the SEN department.

These schools provide award-winning education, they have huge ambitions and aspirations for every student and their commitment to success in combined with excellent pastoral support to make sure that students feel safe, secure and successful at all times. They enable their students to discover genuine interests that extend beyond the classroom and to express themselves by encouraging a broad understanding of the world, a social conscience and a considerate approach to other people.

The schools are ideally looking for individuals with the following;

-A degree or currently studying towards one in areas like Education, Psychology or other subjects- all considered 

-Experience of working within a school (Desired but not essential as as placements and volunteer work will be looked at )

-Positive and pro-active attitude

- January 2023 availability

-A strong passion for Education and working with children

-Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

- The ability to engage with and inspire young people and work effectively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
