Are you a passionate sports graduate teaching assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated sports graduates to join a large SEN secondary school in Leeds, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and a strong interest in sports.

As a sports graduate teaching assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils develop their gross motor skills, build confidence, and engage fully in physical education and school life. You will also assist the class teacher with PE lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring that all students are included and supported to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with SEND in developing their physical, social, and emotional skills.
- Assist in delivering PE lessons and sports activities across KS3 and KS4.
- Work closely with teaching staff to adapt activities for individual needs.
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and positive behaviour during lessons.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, acting as a positive role model.

Requirements:
- A degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related subject.
- A genuine interest in supporting young people with SEND.
- Ability to motivate and engage students through sport and activity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
