This inclusive and supportive school is on the lookout for a passionate Sports Coach who can bring energy, empathy, and adaptability to their SEND and SEMH learners.
Sport here isn’t just about fitness, it’s about building confidence, resilience, and a real sense of belonging. You’ll plan and deliver tailored sessions that meet individual needs, helping students thrive physically, emotionally, and socially.
What you’ll be doing:

Leading inclusive PE and sports sessions for students with SEND and SEMH

Adapting activities to suit a range of abilities and behaviours

Supporting emotional wellbeing and social skills through sport

Working closely with staff and SENCOs to meet individual targets

Creating a safe, positive, and encouraging environment every day
You’ll need:
-
A sports coaching qualification or degree in PE/Sports Science
-
Experience working with SEND/SEMH pupils (or a strong willingness to learn)

Great communication, patience, and adaptability
-
A proactive, team-first attitude, and a love of getting stuck in
