 Motivational Sports Coaches needed - Secondary Support Staff

We’re looking for energetic, positive, and reliable sports coaches to join our team as secondary support staff across local schools. You’ll use your coaching know-how to support learning, encourage focus, and help students stay motivated both in and out of PE.

This isn’t about sitting quietly at the back, it’s about getting involved, building confidence, and making every day count.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting teachers in lessons and small group work

  • Helping students stay engaged and on track

  • Using your sports background to inspire teamwork and discipline

  • Providing calm, steady support when things get tough

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience coaching or mentoring young people (schools, clubs, or community settings)

  • A confident communicator with plenty of energy

  • A genuine interest in helping young people succeed

  • Flexible availability during the school week

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
