This fulfilling role involves providing crucial support within a mainstream school setting in the Ponders End area.
Key Highlights:

Caseload Management: Independently manage a caseload of early years students, delivering personalized speech and language therapy to address their unique communication needs.

Therapy Sessions: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to meet students' specific requirements.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Act as the SALT representative in multidisciplinary meetings, collaborating with other professionals to ensure holistic student support.

EHCPs Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Education, Health, Care Plans (EHCPs), actively contributing to their development and implementation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., HCPC in the UK).
- Clinical experience in speech and language therapy, particularly in an educational context.
- Proficiency in relevant assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
