Are you an experienced Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) with a passion for making a positive impact on students' communication needs? Protocol Education is actively seeking a skilled SALT professional to join a dynamic school team in Enfield. This fulfilling role involves providing crucial support within a mainstream school setting in the Ponders End area.

Key Highlights:

  1. Caseload Management: Independently manage a caseload of early years students, delivering personalized speech and language therapy to address their unique communication needs.

  2. Therapy Sessions: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to meet students' specific requirements.

  3. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Act as the SALT representative in multidisciplinary meetings, collaborating with other professionals to ensure holistic student support.

  4. School Vision: Embrace and promote the school's values and vision in all aspects of your work, contributing to a positive learning environment.

  5. EHCPs Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Education, Health, Care Plans (EHCPs), actively contributing to their development and implementation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., HCPC in the UK).
  • Clinical experience in speech and language therapy, particularly in an educational context.
  • Proficiency in relevant assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development.
