Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

Location - Camden, London

Requirement – You must have Special Needs experience either personally or professionally.

A Leading school in Primary are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. In this unique role, you will work with two incredible students, one in Year 1 with ASD and another in Year 2 with Down's Syndrome. This role will be a split position, ensuring you can make a positive impact on both children's lives.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:30 AM to 4:00 PM

As a Teaching Assistant at our partner school, you will:

  • Provide one-on-one support for the child with ASD in Year 1, helping them navigate their learning and social experiences.
  • Offer dedicated assistance to the child with Down's Syndrome in Year 2, tailoring your approach to their unique needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with our experienced teachers and therapists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere in which every student can thrive and reach their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
