Protocol Education are working with a special school that educate students in KS1 - KS4 with ASD and challenging behaviours. We are looking for resilient and proactive TA's to come and join their team in March. You will be working 1:1 and in small classes where you will be supported with TA's and the class teacher. In this role you will be supporting them throughout their education and lunches. We are looking for SEN professionals who have been around children and young people. Someone who has experience with Autism, whether that be within their own friends and family, or in their current role working in a school. 

This role would also be great for someone who wants to move from the care industry with adults to working with SEN students in schools. We are happy to speak to anyone who feels confident working with young students with ASD, candidates who have worked in mainstream schools, youth clubs, or just finished college / uni and ready to start a new full time role that is rewarding where all training is provided on the job. You will attend the first day induction and if successful, continue on a long-term basis for the next academic year.

To be considered:

- SEN experience desirable

- Available 5 days or minimum 3 days a week

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
