We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher (Qualified or ECTs may be accepted) to work in a special needs school in the Belper, Derbyshire area.

We have a training portal where you can apply for relevant courses and training as part of your CPL, as well as experienced SEN Consultants who you can talk to you about the role, setting and what to expect.
We are looking for full time or part time staff (min 3 days), 8.30-4pm (some meetings may be schduled in after 4pm but we will let you know in advance) term time only - we also offer temp to perm if you and the school agree and would like to look at the options to become a permanent staff member.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification in Primary or Secondary Teaching, ESOL will be considered.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students - as well as understanding when nurture and sensory time is required to support pupils.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Read pupil's profiles, EHCPs and liasie with TAs, LSAs in the classroom when required to support pupils who require 1:1 support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
