Sociology / Criminology Graduate – Behaviour & Pastoral Support
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Daily Rate: £90–£110
Protocol Education is working with a Newcastle secondary school to recruit a Sociology or Criminology Graduate to support behaviour and pastoral interventions.
This role is ideal for graduates interested in youth justice, social work, education or pastoral leadership. The school has a strong pastoral structure and supports relationship-based approaches.
Key responsibilities:

Supporting students with behavioural and social challenges

Working with pastoral and safeguarding teams

Supporting positive behaviour strategies and routines

Acting as a positive role model for students
Suitable candidates will:

Hold a degree in Sociology, Criminology or a related field

Be calm, confident and resilient

Have a strong interest in youth and community work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
