Are you a Sociology graduate looking to start a career in education or youth support? Secondary schools across Newcastle are seeking passionate graduates to join their teams, supporting students in lessons and helping to create a positive learning environment.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting students in lessons, either 1:1 or in small groups

Using your Sociology background to engage pupils in discussions about society, behaviour, and culture

Working with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to support learning and wellbeing
What we’re looking for:

A recent graduate with a degree in Sociology (or related subject)

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with young people

Patience, adaptability, and resilience

A genuine interest in education, behaviour, and student development
