What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils who need help with behaviour, confidence, and engagement

Working 1:1 or in small groups to guide pupils through lessons and routines

Using your understanding of social behaviour to support positive choices and emotional regulation

Helping pupils develop communication skills, independence, and self-esteem

Working closely with teachers, the pastoral team, and SEND staff to keep support consistent and meaningful
