Senior Clerk for Local Governance Required in Lewisham

Are you a strong and organised Clerk / Administrator looking for a new opportunity in a rewarding environment? 

An amazing opportunity has arisen in a progressive and successful Academy Trust for an outstanding Clerk / Administrator to join their team. If you are a rigorous professional with strong attention to detail and administrative experience this is the role for you! This role can also accommodate hybrid working. This will be scheduled around meetings and other work commitments.

 

Amongst others, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide a comprehensive range of high quality administrative support to the Governors across the MAT. 

  • Manage and develop procedures, records and administration, maintaining a high standard of record keeping.

  • Develop and maintain effective systems for managing and communicating information across all stakeholders.

 

You should apply for this role if you:

  • Hold a Degree Qualification.

  • Have a strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data.

  • Are IT literate with good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)

  • Are highly organised and are able to prioritise and manage your own workload effectively.

  • Possess strong organisational, time-management and communication skills.

  • Are an enthusiastic self-starter and a natural problem-solver.
