What you'll be doing as a SEND Teaching Assistant
- Supporting pupils with SEND in class, small groups or 1:1
- Helping them access learning through tailored strategies and guidance
- Using calm communication and clear routines to build confidence
- Working closely with the SENCO, teachers and pastoral staff
- Creating a safe, structured and supportive learning environment
- Encouraging independence, emotional regulation and positive behaviour
What we’re looking for
- Experience supporting children, young people or adults with SEND
- A nurturing, patient and consistent approac
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence adapting support to meet individual needs
- Someone who genuinely loves helping pupils thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
