We’re supporting a brilliant SEND provision that works with pupils who have autism, communication needs, and social and emotional challenges. They’re looking for a Teaching Assistant who can offer patience, structure, and a genuinely warm approach.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

  • Helping them navigate their day using clear routines and positive reinforcement

  • Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff

  • Using sensory-friendly and behaviour-aware strategies

  • Celebrating the little wins that mean a lot in a specialist setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
