SEND Teaching Assistant – Secondary School

Newcastle | £90–£110 per day | Start: ASAP

The role:

You’ll be working closely with pupils who need a little extra support—helping them access learning, building trust, and making the classroom a safe and positive space. Expect a mix of 1:1 support, small-group work, and whole-class assistance, all guided by the school’s dedicated SEN team.

  • Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (school-based or otherwise)

  • A calm, patient approach and strong communication skills
