SEND Teaching Assistant – Hebburn (PMLD & Complex Needs)

Pay: £89 to £110 per day
Start: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, long-term

We’re supporting a specialist setting in Hebburn for children with PMLD, SLD and complex needs. The team is nurturing, respectful and fully committed to giving every pupil a safe, joyful learning experience. You’ll play a big part in helping pupils grow in confidence, communication and independence.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting sensory-based learning and communication routines
• Offering gentle personal care with dignity and respect
• Helping create a calm, safe and predictable classroom
• Working closely with teachers, therapists and support staff
• Celebrating progress, however small

You’ll be a great fit if you:
• Have experience in SEND, care or health settings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
