We’re working with a welcoming school that’s looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join them immediately. This is a hands-on, rewarding role supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them feel safe, settled, and ready to learn.

You’ll be part of a supportive team who understand that SEND support is about patience, consistency, and strong relationships, not quick fixes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 or small group basis

  • Helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them

  • Supporting emotional regulation, routines, and classroom engagement

  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

  • Creating a calm, positive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
