We’re looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school community supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

This role is all about relationships—helping young people feel safe, understood, and ready to learn. You’ll be supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping them access lessons, build confidence, and celebrate progress in every form.

You’ll need:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND

  • A calm, patient approach and strong communication skills

  • Willingness to learn from teachers and therapists on site

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
