Protocol Education is looking for caring, reliable, and adaptable SEND Teaching Assistants to work on a day-to-day basis within a welcoming and supportive secondary special school in Harrow.
Whether you have previous experience supporting young people with additional needs or simply bring a calm, patient, and compassionate nature, this role gives you the opportunity to make a genuine difference — one day at a time.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils aged 11–16 with a range of SEND needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, behaviour support, and classroom routines

Providing one-to-one and small-group intervention

Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive learning habits
You’ll need:

Experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, or care backgrounds welcome)

A flexible, calm approach with strong communication skills

A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
