SEND Teaching Assistant – Harlow
Location: Harlow, Essex
Pay: £90–£105 per day
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (term time only)
Availability: Available every day for supply work
We’re seeking experienced and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistants to work on a daily supply basis across primary schools in Harlow. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in diverse settings and enjoys supporting children with a range of additional needs.
You’ll provide one-to-one and small group support, promote positive learning experiences, and help pupils feel confident and included.
What we’re looking for:

Experience supporting pupils with special educational needs in a primary setting

Knowledge of a range of needs including ASC, MLD, and SEMH
-
A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Requirements:

Valid Right to Work in the UK

Full availability for day-to-day supply work

Reliable transport or access to your own vehicle

A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
