What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting pupils with autism, complex needs, or communication differences
• Creating safe routines that help pupils thrive
• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO
• Helping pupils access learning through sensory support, visuals, and gentle guidance
• Being that reliable, positive part of their day

• Someone who’s worked with SEND before, or has transferable experience from care, youth work, or similar settings
• A calm, nurturing approach that helps pupils feel safe
