What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with autism, SEMH needs, communication difficulties, or learning disabilities

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and senior leaders who value your input

Keeping the day positive, consistent, and pupil-focused
What we’re looking for

Experience in SEND settings, specialist units, or supporting children with additional needs

A steady, patient approach, especially during challenging moments

Someone who can spot when a child needs space, reassurance, or a reset
