We’re looking for a calm, caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a brilliant school that really gets the importance of consistent support. You’ll be working closely with pupils who need an extra bit of reassurance and structure, helping them feel safe, understood, and ready to learn each day.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and social and emotional needs

Working 1:1 or in small groups to build confidence and independence

Creating a predictable, nurturing space where pupils can thrive

Teaming up with teachers, the SENCO, and therapists to keep everything running smoothly
