What the role looks like
You’ll be working closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, helping them feel safe, confident, and ready to learn. Think sensory activities, small steps, big wins, and a team who genuinely cheer each other on.
Your day might include:

1:1 or small-group support

Helping pupils follow routines and access learning

Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff

Bringing positivity, structure, and consistency

Supporting emotional regulation and communication

Experience in SEND, whether in a school, care, youth work, or similar

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
