About the role
You’ll be supporting pupils with a range of complex learning needs, helping them access learning in a way that feels safe, structured and encouraging. Every pupil is wonderfully unique, so your days will be filled with meaningful moments, small steps forward and lots of teamwork.
Your role will include:

1:1 and small-group support
-
Helping with communication, sensory needs and emotional regulation

Using visual aids, routines and structured approaches
-
Supporting pupils in lessons, breaktimes and transitions
-
Working closely with teachers, the SENCO and onsite therapists
-
Celebrating progress, one step at a time
Who the school is looking for

A team player with good communication skills and a positive outlook
Experience in SEND, care, youth work or early years is extremely valuable, but the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children is what matters most.
