Your role in the classroom

Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, creating a sense of safety and structure

Helping children understand tasks through simple explanations, visuals and repetition

Assisting with routines so pupils feel settled, organised and ready to learn

Offering calm encouragement during challenging moments or busy parts of the day

Working with teachers and specialists to shape support around each child’s needs

Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and positive learning habits
