Pay: £90–£110 per day (PAYE – no umbrella companies)

We’re building a strong talent pool of confident, compassionate TAs who can support students with Autism, PMLD, and a range of additional learning needs within specialist provisions for ages 11–19. Every day will be different, and every day you’ll be making a genuine impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting students with Autism and PMLD in 1:1, small-group, and classroom settings
- Helping with communication, engagement, sensory regulation, and daily routines
- Creating a nurturing, structured learning space where students feel safe and understood
- Using visual supports, personalised strategies, and specialist approaches (training provided)
- Assisting with academic tasks, life skills, and emotional development
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support teams to keep progress consistent
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting young people (SEND or PMLD experience is a bonus but not essential)
- Confidence working with students who have Autism and complex needs
- A patient, gentle, and resilient approach
- Great communication and a genuine passion for helping young people thrive
- Willingness to obtain or update an enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
