At Protocol Education, we’re working with a welcoming primary school in South Bristol looking for a calm, confident SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism.

This role is all about consistency, patience, and building trust. You’ll be supporting learning, routines, and emotional regulation, helping pupils feel safe and ready to engage.

This role would suit someone who:

  • Has experience supporting children with autism or additional needs

  • Brings a calm, steady presence to the classroom

  • Understands that progress looks different for every child
