Protocol Education is looking for confident and motivated individuals for the role of Teaching Assistant at this SEND School in Sheffield.
About the role:
Working as a Teaching Assistant you will provide support for SEND students in order to ensure that they’re getting the best out of their education and are given an equal opportunity to succeed outside of the classroom. Initially you will work on a temporary basis, however there could be the option for a school to offer you a long-term position should they require.

Based in Sheffield, this Ofsted rated “good” school provides specialist education for young people aged 11-19 with ASC (autism spectrum condition) and communication and interaction difficulties. The school is located across 3 sites and provides a high-quality education in a safe and nurturing environment. What we need from you:
Whether you have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or are passionate about caring for others this could be the role for you. As an individual you will be outgoing and confident in your abilities to provide the best outcomes for your students.
It is desired (although not essential) that applicants have extra qualifications such as Moving and Handling or Team Teach.
