-
Using visual timetables, routines and clear expectations

Experience supporting children with ASC or SEND, school-based ideally
-
A calm, patient and proactive approach
-
Confidence supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
-
Someone reliable who’s keen on a full-time, long-term role
-
Thrive training is a real plus, and if you’re not trained yet, we’ll get you booked onto our free Thrive course
Why this school?
-
Inclusive, community-focused primary school
-
A well-run ARP with clear routines and strong leadership
-
Supportive staff who value their Teaching Assistants
-
A role where you’re known, trusted and genuinely appreciated
