About Me
Hi, I’m a dedicated SEND Teacher with over five years’ experience supporting pupils with social, emotional, and communication needs. I’m driven by helping young people rebuild confidence and develop essential life skills that prepare them for adulthood.

My classroom is structured but full of warmth and humour. I prioritise emotional safety, consistency, and connection before any learning takes place.

  • Skilled in developing bespoke learning plans for pupils with EHCPs

  • Works collaboratively with pastoral teams, speech therapists, and families

  • Promotes independence through practical, functional learning experiences

Specialist Skills

  • Strong understanding of ASC and SEMH profiles

  • Experience with trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches

  • Committed to inclusive, person-centred education

Beyond Teaching
I’m currently exploring assistive technologies for non-verbal pupils and love sharing new ideas with colleagues to enhance communication in the classroom.
