In this role you will plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the needs of students with a wide range of special educational needs, fostering academic, social and emotional development. You will work within a supportive team where collaboration, respect and high expectations are central to improving outcomes for all learners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual needs.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting approaches accordingly.
• Collaborate with support staff, families and external professionals to implement EHCPs.
• Promote a positive, inclusive classroom culture that builds confidence and resilience.
• Participate in ongoing professional learning and contribute to team planning.

Essential Attributes:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience (or strong interest) in working with pupils with SEND.
• Strong communication, flexibility and reflective practice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
