Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC)? We have an exciting opportunity for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at a well-established school in North-East Doncaster.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and delivering tailored learning activities to meet the individual needs of students with SLD and ASC.
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students in their academic and personal development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure the holistic development of students.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SLD and ASC is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in special education or related fields.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
