Our Guaranteed Work Agreement in Sunderland gives you just that.

We’re looking for patient, caring SEND Teaching Assistants who love helping pupils with autism, sensory needs or learning differences feel safe, supported and ready to learn. With a GWA, you’re paid even on quieter days, so you know exactly where you stand.

What the role includes:
• Supporting pupils with SEND across local schools
• Using visuals, routines and calm communication
• Helping with regulation, transitions and confidence
• Working 1:1 or in small groups

You’ll need:
• Experience supporting SEND pupils
• A warm, steady approach
• A willingness to travel to schools across Sunderland
• Good reliability and excellent communication

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
