What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, helping them access learning in a way that works for them

Using sensory strategies and structured routines to reduce anxiety and build confidence

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to keep pupils settled and progressing

Helping create safe, positive spaces where every child feels understood

Bringing your calm presence into classrooms that sometimes run on big feelings and big personalities
