The role:

LSA support with SEND focus within a highly successful Academy

You must be an motivating and academically confident individual . The post involves supporting SEND pupils in small group work in their mainstream lessons & creative courses. This academy holds brilliant opportunities for professional learning and career progression.

The successful candidate will be a positive and nurturing candidate who is passionate about starting a career within education with students aged 14- 19 years.

The academy :

As a 14-19 school, we are able to offer a very unique curriculum for students who feel that their previous schools were reducing the creative opportunities at GCSE due to the EBACC and Progress 8 pressures.

 Academy students work towards GCSE or Sixth Form qualifications, as well as learning all the hands-on skills needed to work in the Broadcast and Digital Media Industry

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
