A warm and inclusive primary school in Hayes is looking for an experienced and dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference to pupils with additional needs. The role involves supporting children with ASD, ADHD, speech and language delays, and social, emotional or behavioural needs, helping them access learning and achieve their full potential.

The role:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND

  • Implement strategies to promote engagement, regulation, and confidence

  • Support classroom learning through visual aids, structured routines, and positive reinforcement

  • Work closely with teachers, the SENCo, and external professionals to ensure consistent support

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience supporting children with SEND (essential)

  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach

  • Ability to use visual schedules, Now and Next boards, and sensory tools

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for inclusion
