Are you a recent graduate living close to Ruislip with an interest supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities?

Are you someone who has experience either with a family member, or volunteer work supporting children or adults with SEND?

Are you someone who has a real passion for working with children with SEND and think you have transferable skills and experience?

If the answer to any of these are YES then you might be perfect for the role of SEND Teaching Assistant, working 1:1 with students who have additional needs!

We work closely with Primary schools across the West London Borough of Hillingdon, including Ruislip who are looking for people to support children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities which can have an affect on their learning and development. As such these children may need extra support whether that be through providing targeted interventions or being a positive and nurturing influence and helping them to get the most out of education.

These positions are usually full-time roles, so you would need to be available Monday-Friday 8:30-3.30, however some schools may consider 4 day a week positions for the right candidate.

You need to have a positive a proactive attitude and be flexible and adaptable, these positions can be challenging and will require real passion and dedication but they also provide a rewarding career where you make a difference every day in a Childs life, where you can see and be a part of real positive change.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
