Protocol Education are working with a mainstream Primary school in Colchester area. I am looking for a caring, supportive and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1-1 basis with a child that has SEND. You must previous experience working with children that have SEND on a 1-1 basis or small groups. The school are looking to appoint an LSA as soon as possible. This role is a full time position until the end of the academic year.

- Patient and understanding approach
- Available to start as soon as possible
- Teaching Assistant experience
Role description:
- Providing 1:1 support
- Deliver engaging activities for pupils
- Available at least 3 days per week but ideally on a full time basis
- Work with the class teacher
