Are you the calm in the storm, the steady presence that helps pupils reset, refocus, and feel safe?

We’re working with one of our brilliant partner schools in Doncaster to find a confident and compassionate SEND Cover Supervisor who can step in, lead the room, and support pupils with challenging behaviour to get the most from their day.

This role is ideal for someone who understands behaviour as communication and knows that consistency, patience, and clear boundaries make all the difference. If you’ve worked with pupils with SEMH, autism, trauma backgrounds, or complex needs, you’ll feel right at home here.

What you’ll be doing:

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with SEND and challenging behaviour
  • Confidence leading a classroom and managing behaviour positively
  • A calm, resilient, and flexible approach
  • Strong communication skills and a real team mindset
  • Education, youth work, care, or alternative provision experience is a big plus

What’s in it for you?

  • Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella companies, no faff
