Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA)

About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in a Croydon-based school. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure students receive tailored support to meet their individual learning and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Support students with special educational needs in the classroom and during other school activities.

Assist in implementing personalised learning plans.

Help manage behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.

Support teachers with preparation of learning materials.

Monitor and report on student progress to the teaching team.
Requirements:

Experience working with children with SEN is desirable.

Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
-
Ability to work as part of a team.
-
DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
